The Children's Clinic is a specialist multi-disciplinary service based in Donnybrook, Dublin 4 and Ranelagh, Dublin 6 supporting children and young people from all over Ireland from birth to 18 years.
It was founded in 2016 by Dr. Moira Kennedy and Davida Hartman, Senior Educational and Child Psychologists and experts in the field of child development with over forty years combined experience of working with children and adults with dyslexia, autistic spectrum disorders, autism, attention and behavioural difficulties, dyspraxia, sensory processing difficulties, intellectual disabilities and genetic syndromes. The majority of our team members are at Senior level and have been working with children with additional needs for a number of years. At The Children's Clinic, our Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapists work as a team to provide services to children whose parents have concerns about their learning and development. These concerns may include delayed developmental milestones, struggling in school or experiencing difficulties socialising with their peers. Alternatively, parents may have quite specific concerns about autism, dyslexia or other difficulties which they would like to speak to an expert about.
